Volunteer today at the Republican Victory Center in Elkhart!

Rebecca Kubacki, Richard Mourdock, Mike Pence, Jackie Walorski, Tim Neese, Tim Wesco

The Elkhart Republican Victory Center made the THIRD most phone calls last week of any political phone bank the nation. Only two political phone banks, both located in Chicago, made more calls. Many of those calls turned out to be incomplete calls registered to dead people.

The Elkhart Republican Victory Center volunteers are hard workers. Look at all the calls they made.

Joan Brice

Congratulations to top caller, extraordinaire, Joan Bice who has made 4,207 calls so far. Joan is a worker. She wasn’t FINISHED calling when I left

Please consider devoting at least an hour or so a week to being part of this WINNING TEAM. The Victory Center is air conditioned. There are snacks and drinks. There is pizza for dinner. And best of all–the people you will meet are fun and like-minded.

The phones are simple to use. And it is fun.

PHONE BANKING: NOTHING YOU CAN DO WILL HELP OUR REPUBLICAN CANDIDATES MORE!!!

This is not a fund raiser. It is not pejorative. However it is crucial that Richard Mourdock’s, Jackie Walorski’s and Mike Pence’s supporters man the phones and sort through the data to identify our voters.

It is quick. It is easy. The Victory Centers are air-conditioned. There are drinks and snacks. And you will get to spend time with friendly like-minded people.

SEE YOU SATURDAY AND IN THE DAYS LEADING UP TO THE ELECTION!

Some thoughts from Bob Moore…

On May 10, 1940, Winston Churchill became Prime Minister. When he met his Cabinet on May 13 he told them that “I have nothing to offer but blood, toil, tears and sweat.” He repeated that phrase later in the day when he asked the House of Commons for a vote of confidence.

“We are in the preliminary stage of one of the greatest battles in history…. That we are in action at many points … and many preparations have to be made here at home.

“I would say to the House as I said to those who have joined this government: I have nothing to offer but blood, toil, tears and sweat.

“We have before us an ordeal of the most grievous kind. We have before us many, many long months of struggle and of suffering.

“You ask what is our aim? I can answer in one word: Victory. Victory at all costs and Victory in spite of all terror. Victory, however long and hard the road may be…for without victory there is no SURVIVAL.”

‘Tea Party’ Owns 2012 Elections

Last night, the Texas GOP chose Tea Party-Backed Ted Cruz over David Dewhurst for Senate.  Cruz scored a stunning upset over a longtime Texas state officeholder in a Republican U.S. Senate primary runoff on Tuesday, transforming Cruz into a national conservative star and marking a resurgence of the movement to shrink the size of U.S. government.

Cruz, 41, a former state solicitor general who has never held elected office, became the third insurgent Republican this year to defeat an establishment Republican in a U.S. Senate primary.

He scored a surprisingly comfortable victory with about 56 percent of the vote to about 44 percent for Lt. Gov. David Dewhurst, who a year ago was considered the front-runner.

Cruz’s primary victory follows that of Richard Mourdock, the tea party movement-backed candidate who defeated longtime U.S. Sen. Richard Lugar in the Republican primary in Indiana.

Since Mourdock’s primary win, another Republican primary upset victory occured in Nebraska with rancher Deb Fischer, who beat veteran attorney general Jon Bruning in a U.S. Senate primary.

Many have been saying that the ‘tea party’ movement is dead, but the win by Cruz sends a signal to “moderate Republicans” nationwide, according to Ross Baker, an expert on American politics at Rutgers Universityin New Brunswick, New Jersey.

“Make sure your voting record passes muster with the Tea Party, or you’re in big trouble,” said Baker.

The Cost Of Government Regulation: $1.75 Trillion

Richard Mourdock, GOP candidate for Senator, says government overregulation is CRIPPLING major sectors of our economy, from energy to health care.

Bill Buckler, author of The Privateer, agrees with Richard Mourdock. In an article for Zerohedge, a website credited with bringing the controversial practice of flash trading to public attention in 2009, Buckler writes that the cost of government regulation is a staggering $1.75 TRILLION per year!

The Competitive Enterprise Institute (CEI), a small “think tank” in Washington
DC, puts out an annual report called: Ten Thousand Commandments” The report deals with the regulatory agencies of the US federal government and
the cost of the regulations they continually introduce – and enforce. This
report would be typical of the regulatory function of pretty well every
government in the world.

In their Ten Thousand Commandments 2012 report which was released in June, the CEI estimates the cost of US government regulation at $US 1.75 TRILLION. That is just under half (48 percent) of the budget of the federal government. It is almost ten times the total of all corporate taxes collected and almost double the total collected from individual income taxes. It is also one-third higher than the total of all pre-tax corporate profits. It is the hidden cost of doing business in an interventionist economy.

The fact that the cost of complying with these regulations is substantially higher than the total of corporate profits is a stark illustration of the end result of economic intervention. That end result is CAPITAL CONSUMPTION.

More from Bill Buckler here HERE

“Ten Thousand Commandments”  is a MUST read.

Indiana Republican candidates and volunteers will use the space at 1630 South Nappanee for phoning voters and to coordinate door-to-door efforts.

There are ONLY 106 days until the National Election. Won’t you PLEASE lend a hand during this critically important time? The most important thing you can to help our GOP candidates is to join us at the GOP Victory Center (1630 South Nappanee Street, Elkhart, IN) to interact with potential voters on the phone to gather information and to help GET PEOPLE OUT TO VOTE.The great news is our GOP campaign’s state-of-the-art telephones makes calling incredibly easy. But it takes folks like you who will devote even just a couple of hours of your free time to FIGHT for core constitutional values and the future of America. I worked at the Victory Center today for just a little over an hour and made 56 calls. It was fun. I’m planning to spend every free moment I can find to work at the Victory Center.

The center is air conditioned. There are drinks and snacks. It’s an opportunity to interact with other GOP supporters and to make new friends. This is probably the most important election of our lifetime. The cause is SO IMPORTANT. Please don’t expect someone else to carry the load.

For our GOP candidates to WIN, these calls MUST be made. Join your friends and neighbors at the North GOP Victory Center and start making calls right away.

For Indiana & America’s future–HattieBelle

Ben Parsons, field coordinator of Stand with Jackie, at the North Victory Center. To help Mike Pence, Richard Mourdock or Jackie Walorski at the Victory Center, please call Ben at 574-612-8725 or e-mail him at elkhartvictorycenter@gmail.com.
